New Beta available!

Today we created a new Beta version available at Subversion  svn://haiq-ide.org/haiq/trunk/ and soon as binary package for Windows and Linux.

Changes:

• new build command and toolbar icon for target "make install"
• more supported filetypes for open file menu
• applied various patches for word completion
• small bug fixes for file handling
• updated russian translation
